The subdistrict offers sparse retail options, with only two convenience stores, and limited health services, featuring one clinic within the area. While educational opportunities are present—five schools are available—major medical or retail hubs lie outside its boundaries. The presence of five bus stops provides basic public transport access, making it more suitable for residents who rely on personal vehicles for regular errands.
