1. Adaptive Intelligence
We retain and vectorize search queries to train our semantic matching engine. When you search "Quiet condo for coding", we store that input to refine the Neural Grid's understanding of market demand. We analyze what is being searched to improve accuracy, not who is searching.
2. Local-First Architecture
Your personal 'Watchlist' and 'Favorites' are stored locally on your device's browser (LocalStorage). We do not require you to create an account to access our intelligence.
3. Aggregated Anonymity
Our data engine scrapes public sentiment (social media, forums). We strip personal identifiers from these reviews before they enter our system, analyzing only the aggregate sentiment about the building, not the person.
