Condio is designed to be your verification layer. We do not facilitate transactions. We do not take commissions. We provide raw data and AI synthesis to help you make informed decisions before you contact an agent on another site.
1. AI Hallucinations
Our building summaries are generated by LLMs processing thousands of data points. While we strive for accuracy, AI can occasionally "hallucinate" amenities. Always verify critical details physically.
2. Price Lag
The "Market Entry" prices shown are calculated based on historical listing data and may trail real-time market fluctuations by up to 24 hours.
3. Anti-Scraping Protocol
We scrape the web so you don't have to. However, scraping our pre-processed intelligence indices without API authorization is prohibited and will result in an immediate IP ban from our edge nodes.
