It is surrounded by natural and recreational elements such as national parks and beaches, with minimal high-density development. Despite its scenic qualities, the district has limited retail and dining options, with basic health infrastructure and no major commercial hubs. Two ferry terminals provide access to other areas but do not compensate for the lack of public transport beyond. The area is best suited for self-sufficient residents who prioritize natural surroundings over urban convenience.
