Rasom is a sparsely populated subdistrict shaped by waterways and restricted land use. Sixteen canals and two lakes define the natural framework, while two military installations suggest limited civilian access or activity. The absence of transport infrastructure or roads points to a disconnected, possibly restricted area.

There are no recorded commercial, retail, or public transportation nodes within the subdistrict. The presence of military land use and lack of civilian infrastructure make it functionally a no-residence or low-access zone. It is not a viable option for everyday living due to the absence of basic urban or suburban services.
