Sang Ko is a low-density, nature-oriented subdistrict dominated by open water and undeveloped land. Forty-six lakes and natural water features define the landscape, with minimal built infrastructure and no major transport corridors. The terrain suggests an area designed for passive living rather than commercial activity, with basic educational and religious structures as the only built presence.

There is minimal infrastructure for daily living, with no retail chains, transport hubs, or large-scale medical facilities within the subdistrict. The area is extremely self-reliant, requiring residents to travel outside the district for essential services and entertainment. This makes it more suitable for off-grid lifestyles or seasonal use rather than full-time habitation.
