Retail offerings are minimal, with only one 7-Eleven and a single café-restaurant. There is limited healthcare and no major hospitals or clinics. With only a single bus stop and no roads or transit infrastructure, the district is not well-connected and supports a low-density, self-reliant population likely living outside traditional city networks.
