Despite a single mall and limited large retail outlets, Tha Mai offers sufficient daily convenience through multiple convenience stores and fast-food options. The district has a modest healthcare footprint with three hospitals and a pharmacy. The presence of three universities and five schools suggests a stable resident base of students and families. However, the lack of major transport infrastructure means movement beyond the district is car-dependent.
