Wang Lum is the most developed of the three subdistricts, with the presence of a small number of bus stops indicating limited public transport access. The terrain is flatter and less water-dominant compared to its neighbors, with fewer canals and rivers, and no lakes. The layout suggests a more settled residential character, supported by schools and religious sites.

Despite the bus stops, the district still lacks comprehensive road infrastructure or major retail and commercial hubs. The subdistrict appears to function as a basic residential node, serving a small local population with minimal external connectivity. Daily movement remains highly dependent on private transport.
